The Grupo de Escolas Escultor Francisco dos Santos - Fitares is located in the Municipality of Sintra, a few kilometers from Lisbon and comprises the Escola Básica Escultor Francisco dos Santos, the EB1/JI de Fitares and the EB1/JI da Rinchoa.
The Patronus of the cluster, Francisco dos Santos, in addition to being a sculptor, he was the first Portuguese football player to play internationally.
