The Association of Parents and Guardians of the Escultor Francisco dos Santos Group of Schools (APEE AEEFS), represents the 3 schools of this grouping in Rio de Mouro: EB1/JI of Fitares,Rinchoa's EB1/JIand theEB 23 Sculptor Francisco dos Santos(school where the cluster is located). 

The APEE AEEFS is an association of grouping of schools, non-profit and with equal representation of each school establishment that integrates the grouping.
